Job Description

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails/parcels of the office
  • Handle all the visitors & direct them to the appropriate person
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
