• Giving first hand information to visitors, communicating updates and information to concerned parties, 
• Maintaining records of attendance of students and teachers of the classes, constant reporting to the administration
  
• Handle phone calls
  
• Coordinate and communicate among the colleagues and higher level authority
  

Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m

Knowledge of:

• Tests (SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE), basic knowledge of counseling
  

Skills Required:

• Must be dynamic and ready to take work pressure
  
• Tactfully handle the visitors, communicate with the teachers and students, basic computer skills with the charming personality
  

Education Level:

• Minimum High School
  

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
