It pioneered the concept of royalty payments to artists and creators of music by paying a fixed percentage of sales revenue of their albums. This encouraged creation and helped in the exponential growth of the industry. The growth was driven especially by the popularity of Dohori and Folk Songs of different parts of the country. Music Nepal also played a catalytic role in developing Copyright Law and over the years has joined hands with numerous stake holders to strengthen the copyright regime in the country.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and proactive Front Desk Officer to serve as the welcoming face and central hub of communication for Music Nepal. This pivotal role involves expertly managing the reception area, handling all incoming communications, meticulously coordinating studio bookings and appointments, and providing essential administrative support. You'll ensure smooth daily operations and consistently exceptional client experiences, reporting directly to the Post Production Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: 

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, clients, and artists, making every interaction a memorable one. 
  • Professionally handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages (including new business inquiries)
  • Maintain a welcoming, tidy, and organized reception area that reflects our excellence.

Coordinate Studio Scheduling: 

  • Meticulously manage all appointments, studio bookings (utilizing our Google Sheet calendar for detailed scheduling), and meeting schedules. 
  • Ensure seamless transitions between client bookings by promptly notifying all concerned teams, keeping our operations in perfect rhythm.
