Ramalaya Kathmandu, First Multipurpose Luxury Event Destination at Dhapasi Marg is looking for an exceptional hospitality professional to lead the operations of our premium event venue. We are seeking a highly experienced Banquet Manager who can deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing large-scale events with professionalism, efficiency and excellence. If you have the leadership skills, operational expertise, and confidence to manage events with up to 2,000 guests, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all banquet and event operations from planning to execution.
Manage weddings, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, receptions and social functions.
Supervise and motivate banquet, service, housekeeping and support teams.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless event delivery.
Coordinate closely with kitchen, decor, technical, security and maintenance teams.
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service quality, hygiene and safety.
Control operational costs, inventory and banquet resources.
Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent client relationships.
