Job Description

  • Manage front office desk, including handling official calls (incoming and outgoing)
  • Maintain an effective filing system for all correspondence and receiving visitors
  • Maintain confidential records or personal information of the employee.
  • Attendance, and leave monitoring of employees
  • Coordinate with vendors for official purchases.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Preparing official letters, presentations, and reports
  • Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
  • Provide secretarial tasks including typing, translating, and formatting reports and documents
