Job Description

Scope: Front office manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre. He/she manages the center’s finance, employees and services. Often perform business tasks, as well as working directly with customers providing select spa & wellness services.

Responsibility and Duties:

  • Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for guest experience
  • Develop and maintain adequate professional & retail product program
  • Ensure all dealings with guests at the Centre meet or exceed the Centre’s operating standard
  • Ensure all areas of the Centre are kept clean, maintained and well stocked at all times
  • Provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes
  • Handle any guest complaints or special requirements in the absence of the directors
  • Able to promote and sell spa programs to groups, conference guests, walk-in etc. and upsell the spa and wellness programs
  • Analyze and interpret client’s need, provide professional advice, offer appropriate options, solutions to guests on the use of the Center’s services and products
  • Have high level product knowledge through continuous study and training

Salary: As per company policy, negotiable depending on individual experience and merit plus commission on special groups plus other spa related benefits.
