Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Executive / Manager to join our Spa team. As a ,Front Desk Executive / Manager you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all our guests, ensuring that their spa experience is both relaxing and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the spa and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Answer guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about the spa's services, packages, and promotions
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the spa's appointment book
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and spa facilities
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain relationship with customers and corporate to ensure constant business
  • Approach customer for cross selling and upseling
