We are seeking a proactive, friendly, and highly organized Part-Time Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all front office duties, ensuring seamless daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a compassionate individual passionate about the fields of dermatology, aesthetic and health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Communication Hub: Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Scheduling & Booking: Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming client appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area and perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Client Relations & Service Promotion: Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about our services, and assist with general questions.
  • Social Media & Business Focus: Prior experience or a strong willingness to utilize social media platforms for business purposes.
