We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist to join our team at Medi Quest Laboratory Clinic. As a CSR/Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and visitors. Your primary focus will be to assist patients with inquiries, appointments, registration, and billing while ensuring smooth and efficient front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers/visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, and inquiries
Manage customer/patient registration and maintain accurate records
Perform billing, issue invoices, and manage cash collection
Handle cash transactions, maintain cash books, and submit daily reports
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk
Provide clear information about services, packages, and procedures
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Candidates doing or who have completed a Bachelor's in Business Management, Hospitality, or Healthcare Management are highly preferred
Prior experience in customer service, reception, or billing in healthcare setting is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing systems)
Pleasant personality with the ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and manage busy hours professionally
