Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Front Desk Officer / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and callers at the Nihon Educational and Cultural Center. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing accurate information, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both front-desk duties and basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
Greet and assist visitors; handle inquiries from walk-ins, inbound calls, and emails.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
Assist with social media management, including posting and running basic promotional campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and support team coordination.
Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support to management when required.

Salary: NPR 25,000 – 30,000 (No salary bar for deserving candidates)
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
