  • Must be able to manage inventory, control stock and document minor details
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and English

Job Description

  • Supervise floor staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, ambience and service.
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
  • Ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely and checks are handled efficiently.
  • Responsible for looks, hygiene and sanitation of the entire service area.
  • Need to ensure that customer satisfaction is enhanced with every visit.
  • Key responsibility areas include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of key associates.
  • Must have technical knowhow relating staff training and briefing  regarding service for special functions.
  • Interacting with the customers and working with the owners to see how the restaurant could make improvements or be more popular.
