Job Description

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role includes managing front desk activities, handling inquiries, maintaining office communication, and assisting with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and emails; respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage client appointment schedules
  • Assist walk-in customers with product information and service requests
  • Coordinate communication between departments (sales, service, accounts)
  • Manage front desk documents, correspondence, and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Receive and record customer complaints and forward to the support team
  • Assist in billing, receipts, and basic record keeping (as required)
