About the job

Job Title: Finished Goods Store Officer- CG Beverage
Location: Hetauda
Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse
Reports To: Supply Chain Head

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory, ensuring stock levels align with demand and production schedules.
Storage & Handling: Ensure proper storage of finished goods following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods to maintain product quality.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to distributors and retail channels.
Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies with production and sales teams.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, warehouse hygiene, and regulatory compliance for beverage storage.
System Updates: Maintain records in ERP/SAP or warehouse management systems for tracking inventory movements.
Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in FMCG/Beverage industries.
Knowledge of inventory control systems (SAP, ERP, WMS).
Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
