We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Logistic Coordinator to oversee shipping coordination, client relationship management, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping liner operations, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage both local and international client relationships in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistics and shipping operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Manage relationships with local and international clients, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction
Liaise with shipping liners, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders
Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to align logistics solutions accordingly
Support business development by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate service offerings
Maintain strong coordination with internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of logistics activities
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
