Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

The applicant must have Master’s Degree in Management/Commerce or Chartered Accountant with at least two years of prior experience working in similar position in reputed organization
Must be a proficient user of Accounting and Financial Software’s including knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills and understanding of all statutory legislation and regulations related to Finance
Applicant must be honest, accountable, punctual, proactive and sincere

Co-ordinate in all the financial functions of the organization;
Prepare all the financial reports;
Liaison with customers/clients for payment;
Prepare and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close report;
Ensure and liaison for effective procurements/imports and office/contract relating tasks/communications;
Manage the office financial management which include but not limited to preparing daily accounting vouchers for office transaction, Bank Reconciliation statements, Payroll System, financial statements, Computer entry, transactions related to Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales, Journal and Debit & Credit notes;
Familiar with international accounting system, review and evaluate internal control system, detailed institutional analysis, financial audit and ability to use accounting software;
Any other job as assigned by Executive Director.
