Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Utilize Swastik software (or similar platforms) and MS Excel for efficient financial management.
Ensure adherence to Nepalese taxation laws, including Income Tax, VAT, Customs, Excise, and TDS.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Nepalese Company Act to ensure compliance in all financial practices.
Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Monitor and analyze market trends, with a focus on the Nepalese stock market, to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Swastik software (or similar platforms) and proficiency in MS Excel.
Sound understanding of Nepalese taxation, including Income Tax, VAT, Customs, Excise, and TDS.
Good knowledge of the Nepalese Company Act is essential.
Familiarity with the Nepalese stock market is considered an advantage.
