Academic Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject field.
- Preferred semi-qualified CA.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality Industry in the Finance Department.

Roles and Responsibility:
Management
- Ensure that purchase transaction are correctly recorded only after verification of
goods received by the store department.
- Timely
Reconciliation of goods released from store physically and as per Books of
Accounts
- Proper
monitoring of buyers' demand to ensure that it is as per the prepared budget
- Ensure that
the transportation department has been operating effectively and its expenses
are duly supported by sufficient and appropriate evidence.
- Manage the
continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and modelling tools.
- Monitor cash
flow requirements and manage corresponding banking relationships.
- Be aware of
working capital levels and trends, and advise senior executives on the impact
of proposed policy changes on working capital levels, if any
- Ensure
adequacy and availability of cash for operational needs by combining the
information in cash forecast and working capital management.
- Effective
management of Assets and liabilities for strategic investment planning.
- Perform night
audit or authorize any other candidate to do so
- Maintain up-to-date accounts in accounting software.
- Maintain all
the vouchers as a part of bookkeeping.
- Prepare periodic
financial reports as and when required
Reporting
- Review of the accounts, finance and taxation-related policies periodically and submit the report to DGM/CEO.
- Conduct
periodical staff meetings of the department so as to review the
performance in a whole, assess targets assigned and plan for the next
period and report to the DGM/CEO.
- Proper coordination with internal audit, external audit and other supervisory authorities.
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.
Compliance
- Preparation of financial statements as per applicable laws on a timely basis and getting it audited.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Tax Laws in regard to computation of advance tax, deferred tax and filing of returns.
- Proper
maintenance of books of account, compliance with applicable reporting
standards, and generally accepted accounting principles and norms
applicable to such industry.
