Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
The Candidate will analyze financial data and provide insights to management to help them make informed decisions.
The Candidate will provide advice to management on financial and strategic matters.
Regular Review of Bank Financing and monitoring its payments, disbursement.
Managing the company's cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting for cash flow needs.
Preparation of MIS report/final account on monthly/quarter basis
Cash, fund management of the company
Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues
Preparing and reviewing ledger balances, monthly accounts and financial reports
Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Master or Bachelor degree in related fields with specialization in accounts and Finance, Preferably CA
Minimum 3 Years of experience as Finance Manager/Officer [ For Non CA]
Working knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally/Swastik and MIS

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of accounting and administrative system
Familiar with banking transaction, Bank Loan & Advances Management and financial accounting
Ability to work independently
Good Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel
Good communication skill
