Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Account Officer to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the organization's day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
Prepare payment vouchers, bills, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Maintain cash books, bank records, and financial ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents and records.
Follow up on payments and collect supporting financial documents.
Enter accounting data into accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Finance team and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in BBS, BBA (Finance), Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Experience using accounting software (such as Tally, FinPro, or similar ERP systems) will be an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
