Roles and responsibilities of this job

Gupta Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account / Finance Officer to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting the overall financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Ensure timely tax deductions, VAT, and statutory compliance.
Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Verify financial documents and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
Support management by providing financial data and reports for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBS) or ACCA Qualified / CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified CA.
Professional certification in finance or accounting will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, budgeting, financial reporting, or corporate accounting.
Experience in financial management, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and corporate accounting is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience).
