Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits.
Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Swastik, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
