Job Description

  • Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets. 
  • Prepare Financial Progress Report (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually). 
  • Computation & filing of VAT, Excise/Income Tax Returns of the Company. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. 
  • Preparation of accurate financial statements/records & report accordingly  Providing strategic recommendations to the Executive management team. 
  • Manage Banking Portfolio and loan processing. 
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. 
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies. 
  • Support financial department in developing short and long term financial goals.  
  • Preparation of Annual budgets and oversees in auditing. 
  • Experience of Import L/C and its accounting. 
  • Experience of Tax assessment  
  • Experience of crises and credit management 
  • Experience in Construction/Real-estate/Trading. 
  • Ensure development and implementation of effective receivable management. Should chase bank personnel for the L/C/Interest Rate//Proposal etc. 

Note: Preference would be given to Construction/Real estate/Trading background.
