The candidate must have strong working knowledge of cost accounting, financial revenue, and profit projections in a government contracting environment.
Knowledge and experience with cash management is a must.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of SAP modules will be added as a plus point
Knowledge of depreciation concepts.
Autonomous and well organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain sound working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Knowledge of appropriate internal controls.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both official languages.

Performs complex financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations. - Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.
Leads the preparation of budgets and development of indirect rates.
Performs and/or assists in financial analysis such as funding profiles, revenue analysis, and variance analysis
Collects and reviews financial data from various sources.
Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
Performs 'what if' financial analysis of direct and indirect projects to include projected staff hours, contract totals, revenues, and profit totals.
Maintains appropriate records and documentation. - Supports the staffs of the concerned departments in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested.
Identifies problems and works to resolve them as well as to prevent future problems.
