Principal Function:
To oversee and evaluate the operation of accounting and finance department by developing and implementing the financial policies and systems of establishments.

- Oversee Finance, Accounting and Taxation Functions
- Control of accounts and cash management procedures.
- Effective & Efficient A/C Receivable Management.
- Selector, trainer and evaluator of team members.
- Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee Inventory Management System from accounting and financial point of view.
Oversee Finance, Accounting and Taxation Functions:
- Supervision of Maintenance and finalization of books of accounts, and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers or Managing Director.
- Maintaining accurate financial record and advice on financial/accounting issues involving business activities to ensure proper compliance with laws and accounting practices.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial results of the Company.
- Handling of statutory and internal audits, liaising with auditors and company executives for informational, auditing and operational use.
- Computation & filing of VAT, Excise/ Income Tax Returns of the Company
- Establishes and carries out an accounting procedure to reduce the organization's tax debt.
- Preparation of Annual budget of the company and monitoring it with actual income and expenses. Develops and administers budgetary policy and procedures.
- Design & Implementation of Management Information System of Accounts & Finance.
