Terms and Location: Sindhupalchok, Deployment starting from November 1, 2015

Main Responsibilities / Duties
Supervise and coordinate all  program activities in the district of Sindupalchok but not limited to:

• Insure the accuracy and quality of field operations
• Handle administrative, financial, logistical issues in compliance with organization’s rules and regulations
• Ensure program implementation in coordination with the Health and WASH-Coordinator and in accordance with set standards and guidelines
• Coordinates with partner organizations in the fields and provide support in execution of WASH/Health programmes and projects
• Ensures compliance with organization, donor, and country regulations
• Prepares monthly progress reports and send them to the Programme Coordinator
• Participate in relevant meetings with the local and district authorities whenever needed
• Be the focal pointfor partner organizations in the fields, local communities and govern-ment authorities, and coordinate with the line manager and the Country Office
• Coordinates day-to day activities
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Candidates need a minimum of 3 year's progressive experience with international organization, preferably focused on operations and  administration
• Demonstrated operational management expertise with proven record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required with a high degree of client service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills including ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work effectively under time-pressure
• Strong MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Writing reports in English is a must
