Job Description

Primary responsibility to increase the sale volume of farm machinery products such as Weeder/Trillers, Cultivators, Reaper, Sprayers including other farm machinery manufactured by eAgro care machineries and equipment’s Pvt. Ltd. India.
Identify the problems and opportunities in Farm Machinery business in Nepal
Identification, design and development of new machinery products in/for Nepal in coordination with eAgro care Machinery Pvt. Ltd., India.
Look-after the assembling and technical issue related to farm machinery and related accessories in Nepal.
Work to build “One Resource Center (Distributor/dealer/ Agrovet), once service center” in Nepal.
Training to the dealer/distributor/Agriculture Resource Center and farmers in technical matter to aware about the quality of products and its implication in economic advantage to the farmers.
Relationships building to Government and Non-Government community to build the volume of the quality farm machinery Products.
Design, develop and implement the farm machinery manufacturing and assembling units in Nepal
Support on preparation, monitoring and verification of different design, development and construction related work requirement of company
Responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of agriculture project such as processing unit, storage unit, warehouse etc.
Responsible for design and development of irrigation project, Hi-tech, green house and related project in field
Day to day cooperation with sales team for technical support and for the operation of customer care unit.
Responsible to check the quality of imported/manufactured/local purchased farm machinery and equipment’s as per the pre-defined specification.
Work closely with e-Agro Care Machinery Pvt. Ltd., officials.
Maintain and nurture company Sop’s at all level.
Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
