Reports To: U.S. Headquarters – Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our factory-level quality operations and maintain strict compliance with U.S. and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire Quality Control (QC) department at the Nepal factory.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Ensure product testing, inspection, and evaluation meet both local and international standards.
Oversee QC processes for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Liaise with production, procurement, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and other international quality certifications.
Prepare monthly quality performance reports for submission to the U.S. leadership team.
Train and mentor QC staff to strengthen technical knowledge and performance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in QC/QA, ideally in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional communication.
Strong understanding of international quality systems (ISO, GMP, ASTM, etc.).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certification.
Experience working with U.S. or European clients and quality audit compliance.
Capability to design and execute continuous process improvement initiatives.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).
