This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level candidate to take on a pivotal role in overseeing farm operations, ensuring high-quality production, and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of farm operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient workflows.
Manage production schedules and implement strategies to optimize crop yield and quality.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of produce.
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute operational plans.
Conduct regular assessments of farm performance and report findings to management.
Train and mentor farm staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of crop production, quality assurance, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
Proficient in using agricultural software and tools for monitoring production.
