National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) is a national-level apex banking and finance academy established by Nepal Rastra Bank and Nepal Bankers´ Association with a vision to be the most preferred learning institute for providing and enhancing the competence of banking and financial service personnel in a changed environment.

NBI invites applications from self-motivated, dynamic, and competent Nepali nationals for the position of Faculty as follows:

• Position: Faculties-Banking/Microfinance (Full Time)
• Number Required: Few

Qualification Required:

• For Faculty-Banking: Master’s Degree in Management or relevant areas/ Chartered Accountancy Qualification with a Bachelor’s degree.
• For Faculty-Microfinance: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant areas/Chartered Accountancy Qualification. Candidates with a Master’s degree shall be preferred.

Experience:

• For Faculty – Banking: At least 15 years of relevant experience with 10 years of managerial experience in Banking. Preference shall be given to candidates having work experience in multiple areas, like Credit, Operations, etc.
• For Faculty – Microfinance: At least 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years of managerial experience in Microfinance.
• Experience in delivering training.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Self-driven,action-oriented and passionate about educating Banking/Microfinance employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Nepali.

Terms of Service: Annual Contract basis
