Factory Manager (Bakery Operation Incharge)

We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring product quality and food safety, optimizing resources, and leading the bakery operations team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day bakery production and factory operations.
• Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production activities according to business requirements.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of bakery products while maintaining consistent quality.
• Monitor production processes, machinery, equipment, and raw material usage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bakery production.
• Manage and supervise production staff, including shift planning, attendance, and performance.
• Train, motivate, and guide the bakery operations team to achieve production targets.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Coordinate with the purchase, sales, quality control, and distribution teams for smooth operations.
• Identify production issues, minimize wastage, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
• Monitor production costs and support efforts to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and applicable food regulations.
• Handle operational challenges and take timely corrective actions.
