We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Handmade Textile Operations to oversee the end-to-end production of premium handmade Carpets. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our creative weaving team and our administrative office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for operational coordination, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to immerse themselves in the intricacies of the textile industry.

Tibetan weavers was founded by Mr. Kushal Rimal with the motto "Best quality Best Service" Born in Kathmandu, Nepal and long years of designing graphics and interiors for European market he had a vision to provide best rugs to the world, Hand knotted rug is the Nepal's main source of income to the 70% of un-educated population, His main goal is to provide jobs and new opportunity for his society and provide ultimate rugs to the world.
Today Tibetan weavers manufactures most popular rugs collaborating with different designers and company in the international markets. The rugs are featured in house and garden magazine to New York Times and different media with different titles. Some of the rugs can also be found in Museums. Tibetan weavers has created some of the very challenging rugs with highest number of 800 colors in a rug, another rug having highest thickness of 50mm in a rug and a most complex design ever. Some of these rugs are the un-replicated master piece and the world record.
Providing jobs to more than 500 people, Tibetan Weavers is very proud to participate in many social causes to help people and society. All the workers are experienced and are working from many years. Tibetan weavers is a member of Good weave foundation to fight against child labor.
