Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Monitor quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of product excellence.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Analyze production data and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the door or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
