Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Cafe Incharge / Manager- culinary art and hospitality knowledge to manage our daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in the café or hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the café
Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow
Maintain quality customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
Train, guide, and motivate café staff to achieve performance goals
Prepare daily sales and operational reports for management
Assist in implementing promotional activities to boost sales

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (BHM) or an equivalent hospitality-related qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (café, restaurant, or hospitality sector)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Note: Candidates must have a 2-wheeler with a valid licence.
