Job Description

Windmill Advantage Pvt. Ltd., one of Nepal’s leading BTL Advertising & Event Management company, is seeking a capable and dynamic candidate for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Finance & Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling financial duties including bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable using Tally Accounting Software.
  • Creating all kind of financial reports i.e., Project Reports, Periodical Financial Reports & other periodical reports required for the Management.
  • Managing project accounting and costing for major events, activations, and campaigns.
  • Preparing budgets for projects and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Responsible for Revenue Collection & coordination with clients for payment follow-ups & resolving any discrepancy related to Invoicing.
  • Ensuring timely billing of the Projects & settlements of Project Advance & cash disbursements.
  • Ensuring timely payments of VAT, TDS, etc.
  • Preparation of Year End Financial Report & Audit Report.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining records of employee salaries, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining office documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
  • Handling email communication and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Remuneration:

  • NPR 35,000 during the probation period
  • Salary negotiable based on overall experience and knowledge
