Job Description

  • Three to Four years of prior Management experience in 4/5 star Hotel within Housekeeping depth
  • Flexible with schedule and a dynamic and hands-on operational leader.
  • Leader must be able to train the staff and lead to establish standards within the department.
  • Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management.
  • Problem solver and lead a team over 25 personnel.
  • Must possess a keen eye to detail and ensure the department conforms to established standards for cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
  • This is not a 5 am-9 pm role with weekends off and requires presence as per activity in the hotel and operations.
  • Prior opening experience of new property is an asset
