• Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation for the food served in the restaurant and banquet facilities
• Management of kitchen operations of the hotel including: staffing, scheduling, purchasing, food cost control and administration
• Administer quality assurance program
• Participate in the development of new recipes, menus and programs
