Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive support, managing communication, scheduling, and documentation, and ensuring efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers exposure to international business practices and the opportunity to work closely with top leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and assist in project follow-ups.
  • Support CEO in strategic tasks, event planning, and business correspondence.
