Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing calendars, communications, travel, and critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Assist in tracking tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documentation.
  • Support the executive in prioritizing and optimizing time effectively.
