Pack My Lunch Pvt. Ltd (PML) was established in 2013 with the aim of easing lunch time worries of the Corporate sector. Due to a lack of such professional services, PML evolved on to extend Professional Food Services to Banks, Schools, and Hospitals on a contract basis. Pack My Lunch operates out of a Central Kitchen, with various satellite and off site locations. Our food is cooked fresh everyday and consist of a variety of menu options to choose from.

Job Description

  • Managing daily petty cash sales along with daily lunch orders
  • Assisting with the social media presence of the brand (Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms)
  • Coordinating communications of Executives (taking calls, responding to emails, interacting with regular clients)
  • Responding to regular inquiries regarding PML’s meals
  • Composing correspondence on behalf of executives to be shared internally and externally
  • Preparing, reports, contracts, proposals, and minutes of the meetings
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Greeting visitors and deciding who gets to meet the executives
  • Managing PML’s event sector
  • Being the contact between the executives and external or internal colleagues
  • Weekly menu should be sent out to PML’s clients
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Should work under the supervision of Managing Director
