NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed quotation from interested Company/Firm for Supply/Delivery of Following Items:
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants should have at least 3 years of company registration.
The applicants should have annual turnover of at least NPR. 5 Million During the FY 2077/078.
Documentation Requirement:
Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized.
Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized.
Valid copies of Tax clearance of FY 2076/2077 or FY 2077/078 - Duly Notarized.
MOA and AOA -Duly Notarized.
Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) -
Duly Notarized. Latest Company Update Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from Duly Notarized (Department of Commerce/Industry)
Appreciation letter/ Reference letter to back the claim of experience. Other required documents as mentioned in the RFQ Document.
Sealed RGQ for all the requirements mentioned above are to be submitted within close of business on 11 July 2022 in the prescribed format. Sealed RFQ should be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed RFQ received after the deadline will not be accepted. RFQ documents sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.
