Invitation for the Expression of Interest (EoI)/Request for Proposal (RFP)

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit making, humanitarian organization. It is one of the largest organizations who provides medical care and treatment services to People Living with HIV (PLHIV). The mission of AHF is: Providing cutting-edge medicines and advocacy regardless of ability to pay. Currently it is providing its services in 46 countries in the World. In Nepal, it has been providing its services since 2009 and is one of the first INGO working in partnership with Government of Nepal for ART service delivery.

AHF Nepal is looking for an organization/institution to undertake an assignment to conduct Data Quality Assessment of HIV Care and Treatment Facilities in Nepal. The objective of this assessment is to review data quality in HIV care and treatment facilities and to strengthen National HIV monitoring systems of HIV care and treatment facilities across Nepal. So, as per below details the qualified and interested organizations/institutions are requested to submit their EoI/RFP within the given deadline.

Interested and qualified organization/institution are requested to submit an EoI/RFP based on the guidelines for submission of EoI/RFP. The guidelines for preparation of the EoI/RFP, technical and financial outline can be requested through E-mail: [email protected] or hard copy can be collected from AHF Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Monday to Friday) no later than 17 May, 2024.

Deadline for submission of EoI/RFP is 21 May, 2024, 5:00 PM.  EOI/RFP received after the deadline (21 May, 2024, 5:00 PM) or those not prepared as per the guidelines will not be considered for evaluation. Hard copy of the EoI/RFP along with specified supporting documents requested in the guidelines must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the subject line “EOI/RFP for DQA of ART centers of Nepal” and should be delivered to AHF Nepal at the following address:
