REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
from research agencies to conduct “Assessing the Quality
of Family Planning Services provided by Service Providers in Private Healthcare
Facilities using a Mystery Client Approach”

FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research,
resources, and relationships so people everywhere have access to the
opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. FHI 360 has been working
in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal Office is seeking
proposals from locally registered research agencies to conduct “Assessing the Quality
of Family Planning Services provided by Service Providers in Private Healthcare
Facilities using a Mystery Client Approach” under the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID)-supported MOMENTUM Private Healthcare
Delivery (MPHD) Nepal.
Interested locally registered research agencies are
requested to submit their proposals based on the guidelines for submission of
the proposal. Request for guidelines for the preparation of the proposal and
questions regarding RFP should be emailed to [email protected] no later than May 1, 2024, 5:00 p.m.
The agency has the option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal.
Electronic applications with the subject line “Proposal for Mystery
Client Survey” including all required documents in ‘portable documents
format’ (PDF) and budget in separate Excel file should be submitted through
email to [email protected] following the guidelines for submission of the proposal
and FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions to submit the electronic proposal.
Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal with all required documents should be
submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Mystery
Client Survey” at the following address:

The deadline for submission of the
Proposal is May 15, 2024, 5:00 p.m. Proposals received after the
deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
