Job Description

Selected Candidates have to undergo 4 months of rigorous on -the-job- training to learn the basics of ERP system. Successful trainees will then be absobed into jobs as ERP consultants. While on the training, trainees have to:

Self-Learn Financials( Accounting) , Trade and Inventory module of MS Dyanmics NAV using real application, training manuals. peer learning, community activity etc.
Work as a subordinate to Functional consultants in ERP implementation projects.
Demonstrate learnt skills through presentation, workshops and dummy projects.
Take part in the sales meetings, solutions demos.
Provide first level support to the clients
Finally take exams and compete for the placement to work as Functional consultants for real ERP projects
