Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

A junior-level Engineer is required in our organization to support the Design, Operation, Daily equipment maintenance & Optimization of production processes. The specific job duties will depend on the engineering discipline(Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical etc.)

Responsibilities:

Process Support & Optimization: Assisting in monitoring & troubleshooting daily production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality & safety standards are met.
Equipment Maintenance: Supporting the preventive maintenance programs & performing minor maintenance on process.
Project Analysis: Planning, Design & execution of engineering projects such as installing new equipment or implementing new technologies.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining detailed documentation, including SOP & safety logs, to ensure compliance with quality assurance ( GMPs) & regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with R&D quality control, maintenance & production teams to ensure seamless operation & process improvement.
Safety & Hygiene: Ensuring all works areas & equipment are clean & maintained in accordance with safety & hygiene regulations, practicing continuous improvement in safety protocols.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Diploma in above relevant engineering field.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in relevant field.
Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of distillation & liquor manufacturing principles & associated machinery.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with process control systems, automation software, and potentially PLC programming.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail & the ability to work effectively within a team.
