Started as a Pvt. Ltd. company, Shikhar organization now is operating as a Ltd. company. As per the company’s plan, it was changed to a Ltd. company on 2074/5/19 which earlier was registered as a Pvt. Ltd. company on 2072/02/20. Focused on extended industrial and trade environment in Nepal, Shikhar Organization has done enough to incorporate community cooperation into it.

With an authorized capital of 1 billion rupees and the same amount of issued capital, Shikhar Organization has been working to make its paid-up capital to 1 billion.70% of the issued capital shall be collected from the shareholders while remaining 30% shall be offered to the public. While promoting consumer-friendly business along with quality products Shikhar Organization is planning to make its customers to a stakeholder of the company.
