Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children (HRDC) is the only program of the Friends of the Disabled (FoD), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing treatment and rehabilitation services to children with physical disabilities. 

FoD/HRDC, in partnership with CBM Global, is implementing a Physical Rehabilitation Project in two districts of Madesh Province. The objective is to contribute to improving the quality of life of persons with physical disabilities through accessible and appropriate rehabilitation services.
