Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong English writing skills, a positive attitude, and a creative approach to customer engagement and internal process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and respond to professional email communications in a timely and effective manner
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement
Contribute creative ideas to enhance customer communication and internal workflows
Support coordination with internal teams for smooth communication and operations
Maintain organized records of email interactions, campaigns, and schedules
Assist with customer inquiries related to reservations, bookings, and services (where applicable)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong English writing and communication skills
Positive, growth-oriented, and proactive “can-do” attitude
Experience in marketing, email marketing, social media handling, or related fields (preferred)
Knowledge of restaurant operations, reservation systems, and booking platforms is an added advantage
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer engagement
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in common office tools such as email platforms, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
