We are a modern online bookstore specializing in delivering a wide range of books to readers. With a vision to promote reading culture and enhance convenience, we are looking for a dynamic Online Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through online platforms by reaching out to potential customers and responding to inquiries.
Identify and establish relationships with new clients
Maintain and update the company’s sales database to track leads and performance.
Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve customer queries effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in sales (preferably in e-commerce or online retail).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of book genres and an interest in reading is a plus.
Familiarity with online sales platforms and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools (email, chat, etc.).
