Qualification:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Education or relevant field (preferred Master's Degree)
  

Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years work experience of education programme with sufficient experience of monitoring and evaluation

Job Description:

• Prepare plan and detail budget of teachers training and training for School Management Committee (SMC)
  
• Conducting teachers training, training to SMCs and community interaction and orientation at the project area
  
• Develop regular monitoring tools, techniques and procedures and orient to all the project team members for impact measurement
  
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring and supervision to Education and Impact Measurement Officers
  
• Conduct staff performance appraisal
  
• Co-ordination and networking with the SMCs, Teachers, DEO and other government line agencies, Municipality and Rural Municipalities at the project area
  
• Prepare all the training, workshops report and project reports
  

Reports to: Country Manager
Contract Period: 1 Year with possibility of extension
Location: Project Office, Fungling, Taplejung with frequently travel to Field
