Job Description

Job Summary: Duty Officer is responsible for hands on floor management of Facility with supervision of CSA & Logistic
Job Title:     Duty Officer
Location:     QFX Cinemas- Bhaktapur
Reports To:   Facility Manager
Total Compensation:  25K Gross Monthly
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2 years of work experience in Hospitality Management in entry / junior mid-level
  • Able to manage staffs and shifts
  • Basic technical knowledge about machinery and equipment
  • Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensures proper functioning and monitors condition and servicing of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensures proper condition of theater assets like seats, 3D glasses, RO water, projection sound and visual, food display machines and items for the better customer experience.
  • Plans and manages meetings of internal staffs, housekeeping and security.
  • Prepares duty roaster of staffs and manage them in rush hours.
  • Directs staffs for cleaning and maintenance to ensure hygiene and safety.
  • Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales report to compare with data from ticketing software.
  • Assists in training the internal and outsources staffs to ensure the quality customer service.
  • Monitors the smooth operation of entire services provided to the guests to enhance the movie-going experience and respond appropriately to crisis.

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management 
  • Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
